Absolutely! Our “Gift of Togetherness” option allows you to send a one-time box or a mini-subscription to friends or family. It’s a perfect gift for holidays, birthdays, or just because!

The Together Box will rotate through different ages and if appropriate different genders to help include every child. And birthdates help us to determine when to send a special birthday gift!

Subscription & Billing

How much does The Together Box cost?
We offer several subscription plans to fit different budgets and commitment levels. You can view our current pricing on the Subscription Plans page.
For the Monthly Plan, you will be billed on the same date each month, typically the beginning of the month. For Quarterly and Annual Plans, you will be billed upfront for the entire subscription period.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation steps. Please note that cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.
We do not offer refunds for boxes that have already been shipped. However, you can cancel future shipments by adjusting your subscription settings in your account.

Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my box?
Boxes are shipped on the 15th of every month. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
Currently, The Together Box is only available for shipping within the United States. We hope to expand our service to international customers in the future.

Shipping varies based on location and box size but typically not more than $11 depending on your location.

Yes, once your box has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your box’s journey to your door.

Customization & Special Requests

Can I customize the items in my box?
At this time, we do not offer customization options for individual boxes. However, each box is thoughtfully curated to appeal to a wide range of ages and interests.
We strive to include snacks that are family-friendly and accommodating to most dietary needs, but we currently do not offer specific dietary customization. If you have concerns, please contact our customer service team.
Yes, you can skip a month by logging into your account and selecting the “Skip Month” option. Just be sure to do this before your next billing date.

How do I update my billing information?

To change your subscription plan, log into your account and select “Manage Subscription.” From there, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan as needed.
